We outlined some differences, between Ethereum (ETH) and Binance Coin (BNB) above along with pros and cons of each. As stated above, we suggest going with BNB as it will have much lower gas fees than ETH, ultimately allowing you more money toward Coyote.

Determining your starting coin will also depict which wallet and, ultimately, which exchange you will acquire Coyote from. As our coin grows, it will become available on more and more exchanges, making this process much easier.

Step 2

Create a crypto wallet

A crypto wallet is a software program that allows you to safely and securely store your crypto & NFTs and allow for the sending and receiving of cryptocurrency transactions. A crypto wallet consists of two key pairs: private keys & public keys.

A public key is derived from the private key and serves as the address used to send crypto to your wallet. A private key is like having a key to a safe deposit box; only you [should] have it and anyone else that has access to it can take control of the balance inside of it.

It's similar to having a bank account except it's not controlled by a centralized bank or government; it's controlled by a key that only YOU control.

You'll need to set up a crypto wallet in order to ultimately acquire and stake [hold] Coyote. We recommend either signing up with Trust Wallet or Metamask. Both are super easy to set up and even easier to use. As always, if you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us.

Step 3

Sign up for a crypto exchange account** makes it super-easy to buy, sell, and exchange all types of crypto. You can purchase both Binance Coin (BNB) and Ethereum (ETH) directly from their exchange, link your desired wallet, and send it.

Purchase BNB on requires a few extra steps, however there are no holds on deposits or withdraws. You can purchase USDT directly from their exchange, swap it for BNB and then send it directly to your wallet.

Setup account on KuCoin

Binance.US provides a fast, secure and reliable platform to buy and sell crypto however they place a 10 day waiting period before you are able to withdraw your crypto to an external wallet.

Setup an account on Binance

** You may also purchase BNB directly on our website, bypassing the need to use an exchange.
Step 4

Purchase BNB* or ETH

The beauty of our coin is that it's built on both the Ethereum and Binance blockchains. There are benefits to both but we recommend, heavily, buying Binance Smart Chain (BNB) as the transaction fees are much lower than those required by Ethereum.

Once you've downloaded the crypto exchange app of your choice and performed all necessary security verifications, you'll be prompted to link a debit or credit card to the app. This will allow you to make purchases through the app and, ultimately, will allow you to buy your desired coin to hold to swap for Coyote.

Trust Wallet

If you are using MetMask as your wallet, you'll need to select the Binance Smartchain Mainnet in order to properly receive a crypto transfer from the exchange you purchased it from. Once selected, copy your wallet address, jump back to the crypto exchange, and paste it into the field for your wallet address.
